3. Despite the receipt of notice, none represented the respondents no.1 and 2.

4. The sole petitioner would aver that due to the injuries sustained in the road traffic accident that occurred on 03.10.2017, he could not attend to his work as he did before and he is dependent on his family members. Hence, delay of 735 days occurred in filing this appeal.

5. The reasons assigned by the petitioner in the affidavit appear to be reasonable and acceptable. Therefore, this Court is inclined to allow this petition, subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 735 days shall stand waived.
