This matter is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned". 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners had filed a petition in Crl.O.P.No.22272 of 2025 before this Court, seeking direction to direct the learned Subordinate Court, Ponneri to consider and dispose of the bail application of the petitioners when they surrender before the said Court in Crime No.493 of 2025, pending on the file of the second respondent herein. However, in the said petition, the petitioners have erroneously mentioned the Court as 'The learned Subordinate Court, Ponneri' instead of 'The Principal District Judge, Thiruvallur' and the same is also reflected in paragraph No.2 of the uploaded order copy dated 08.08.2025, therefore, prays to change the aforesaid correction in the order dated 08.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.22272 of 2025.

In view of the above, Registry is directed to carry out the aforesaid correction in the said order dated 08.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.22272 of 2025, wherever necessary and then upload the corrected order. 14.08.2025 stn To
