Common Prayer : These Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 19.08.2021 rendered in W.P.Nos.20391, 20389,20390 and 20198 of 2018.

(Cont.P.No. 434 of 2023) For respondents : Mr.R.Neelakandan, AAG (in all Petitions) Assisted by Mr.C.Kathiravan,Spl.GP - R2 Mr.A.Selvendran, Spl.GP - R1 & R3 COMMON ORDER [Common Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR,J.] These contempt petitions are filed to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience in complying with the order passed by this Court in 2/4

W.P.Nos.20391, 20389,20390 and 20198 of 2018, dated 19.08.2021.

2. Today, Mr. Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General, appearing for the 2nd respondent-Board has placed proceedings before this Court issued by the 2nd respondent in Na. Ka.No.4928/E2/S2/2022, dated 06.06.2023, wherein it is stated that the order of this Court dated 19.08.2021 has been complied with.

3. The learned Additional Advocate General has submitted that in the said proceedings, the Teacher Recruitment Board has provisionally selected the petitioners herein and the provisional selection list has been forwarded to the Director, Directorate of Legal Studies, Chennai for issuance of appointment and posting orders to the petitioners at the earliest, as per Rules.

4. The learned counsels for the petitioners not disputed the said provisional selection made by the Teachers Recruitment Board in proceedings dated 06.06.2023.
