When the Writ Appeal was listed for hearing on 20.11.2023, the Coordinate Bench of this Court had passed a conditional order, which reads as follows:

"Heard the learned counsel for the appellant. We may consider the Writ Appeal on merits only if the appellant deposits Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakh) on or before 31.12.2023 with the respondent.

2.This order dated 20.11.2023 was put to further challenge before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in S.L.P.(Civil) No.6208 of 2024. and the same was dismissed on 11.03.2024, confirming the order of the Coordinate Bench.

3.The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that they have not complied with the conditional order of the Coordinate Bench dated 20.11.2023. When the order specifically states that the appeal can

only be considered on merits, if the conditional order is complied with, we are unable to address any of the grounds raised in this appeal. 4.The Writ Appeal stands dismissed accordingly. No costs.
