O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation dated 02.09.2016 given by the petitioner.

2. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation or the case before this Court, this Court is inclined to dispose this Writ Petition with a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2016, after holding an enquiry and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law after affording sufficient opportunity to the petitioner as well as the persons who are interested particularly the third respondent who is impleaded as a party, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
