Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order passed by the respondent dated 11.11.2016 in reference No.AACPE0727G/310&311/CBE/2016-17 with respect to the petitioner, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to videograph the Examination / Cross Examination of witnesses during the Assessment proceedings in regard to the petitioner for the Assessment year 2007-2008 and 2010-2011 and provide a copy to the petitioner.
