Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Certiorari to call for the records of the first respondent in its proceedings No.EC/0016/2003 dated 17.07.2003 issued under section 56 of the Town and Country Planning Act for the petitioner's property situated at ground floor, in Door No.9, Valmiki Street, T.Nagar, Chennai - 600 017 and quash the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.It is represented by the learned counsel for the second respondent that the unauthorised construction in the Stilt floor has been demolished as early as on 27.08.2003 itself, in the presence of the President and Secretary of the Flat Owners Resident's Association.

3.There is no representation for the petitioner. 4.Recording the communication dated 15.07.2017 issued by the Zonal Officer/Zone IX, Greater Chennai Corporation, produced by the learned Standing counsel for the Corporation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
