O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to the members of the petitioner Association to file individual Writ Petitions. He has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the members of the petitioner Association to file individual Writ Petitions. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.38360 of 2016 is closed.
