This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 303 days in filing the criminal revision petition against the order of conviction passed in Crl.A.No.62 of 2021 dated 28.07.2023 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Court at Namakkal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials place before this Court.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 303 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
