Today, when the case came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the earlier order passed by this Court dated 03.01.2025 has been complied with by the petitioner and he has also filed a "Cost Memo" dated 29.01.2025 in respect of payment of Rs.5,000/- to the learned Counsel for the respondents by way of cash.
