CMP.No.867 of 2023 in SA.No.1491 of 2011 C.KUMARAPPAN, J This petition has been filed to implead the petitioner herein as the legal representative of the deceased 3rd respondent and rank him as the 7th respondent.

2. There is no serious objection raised by the respondents.

3. Having considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and having satisfied with the same, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4. In the result, this CMP is allowed. Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the cause title.
