O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed for the disobedience in not complying the order passed by this Court dated 10.04.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.9665 of 2019, thereby directed the respondent police to execute the bailable warrant has issued against the accused in N.I.Act cases No.9 in C.C.No.717 of 2016, pending on the file of the Special Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Jaipur, Rajasthan within a period of eight weeks.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that after the direction issued by this Court, they have completed the investigation in Crime No.717 of 2016 on the file of the Special Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Jaipur, Rajasthan and filed an application for anticipatory bail before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30964 of 2019, dated 26.11.2019 and the accused was granted anticipatory bail. Therefore, the respondent could not able to comply the order passed by this Court.

3. Recording the said submissions, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
