The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Crime No.345 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offence under Sections 294(b), 427 and 506(i) of IPC with respect to an incident which had happened on 16.09.2023.

2.The complaint was lodged only on 17.09.2023. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and enquired about her husband, who is an informer. Therefore, they had damaged window design glass and a pick up van bearing registration No.TN 23 BW 0613 by throwing stones. 3.It is contended by the learned Government Advocate that A2 in this case has been arrested and still in custody. 4.In view of the nature of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
