This Review Application has been filed under Order XLVII, Rule I read with Section 114 of C.P.C., to review the order of granted in W.P.No.19610 of 2024, dated 19.07.2024 and set aside the same. For Petitioner :Mr.R.Shriram for Mr.V.Sathish For Respondents :Mr.R.Kishore Kumar, GA for R2 and R3 ---- COMMON ORDER This petition has been filed by a third party to grant leave to file a review petition in W.P.No.19610 of 2024.
2.The writ petition in which the present petitioner wants to get impleaded and recall the order, is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus issued to the respondents to provide protection from one Palanisamy, since Palanisamy and his henchmen are trying to grab the property. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) had represented that the petition was taken up for enquiry and the said Palanisamy was 3/6
summoned to the Station. He had given an undertaking on 09.07.2024 that he will not interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioner and the property dispute will be worked out before the appropriate Civil Court. Based on the undertaking, the complaint given by the petitioner has been closed. In view of the action taken by the police on the representation dated 13.06.2024, no further direction is required. If any commission of criminal act by Palanisamy comes to the notice of the Police, necessary action to be taken by the Police in accordance with law.

The said Palanisamy, who is how the petitioner herein through his counsel states that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, has been disturbed by the Police and he also submitted that he has not given any undertaking that he will workout his remedy before the Civil Court, which indirectly means he will take the law on his own hands against the writ petitioner S.Jayanthi for which he needs an order of this Court by way of getting himself impleaded and reviewing the order passed by this Court.
5. This Court finds that if at all the petitioner is aggrieved by any manner, he has to work out his remedy separately and there is no ground to 4/6
get himself impleaded in the writ petition already disposed of.
6. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the Review application is rejected at the SR stage itself. No costs.
