Heard Mr. S.Subbiah, Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. S.Balamurugan, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.
It has been brought to notice that even before the filing of the Writ Petition, the representation dated 07.09.2017 has been disposed by Order in Proc. No. 96/A/16 dated 20.09.2017 passed by the Fourth Respondent, which has been placed on record. 3.
Having due regard to the said fact, Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission to the Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the said order passed by the Fourth Respondent and Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.
In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
