ORDER

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and a final report has already been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Maduranthagam on 28.10.2017 and the same is yet to be taken cognizance.

2. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Maduranthagam to immediately take cognizance of the final report which has been filed by the respondent police in Crime No.272 of 2017 and proceed further in accordance with law.
