PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 115 of Code of Civil Procedure, praying to set aside the order dated 20.03.2017 made in E.P.No269 of 2016 in A.R.No.970 of 2009 made by the District Sub-Ordinate Judge, Neyveli, under Order 21 Rule 48 as not enforceable against the petitioner bythe 1st respondent as his garnishee, in view of the dismissal of the E.P.No269 of 2016 in A.R.No.970 of 2009 by order dated 25.04.2017 by very same District Sub-Ordinate Judge, Neyveli.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 15.03.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner.

2. It is seen from the records that civil revision petition was already dismissed against 3rd and 4th respondents for non-payment of batta. In order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "For dismissal" today.

3. Today i.e., (19.03.2024), the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
