This petition has been filed seeking to accept the surrender of the petitioner in M.C.No.16 of 2014 pending on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate No.V, Vellore and subsequently recall the warrant issued by the Judicial Magistrate No.V,Vellore, dated 09.08.2016.

2.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be entertained at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
