This petition has been filed to relax the conditions that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police on 1st day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.9406 of in Crl.O.P.No.6140 of 2023 dated 17.07.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
