ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing learned counsel for parties and without going into the veracity of the allegations of the petitioner dated 29.11.2016, we are of the view that the Executive Officer appointed by the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department in respect of the temple in question, i.e., the third respondent, may examine the said representation of the petitioner within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt of the order.
