ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.6/2021 on the file of the respondent complainant.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police submits that in this case, investigation has been completed, final report has already been filed in CC.No.2675 of 2022 and the trial will be commenced on 12.12.2022.

3. In view of the completion of the investigation and filing of final report, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the petitioner is at liberty to participate in the trial and raise all the points which were now made before the trial Court.

In the result, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
