When the matter is taken up for hearing today, I have gone through the averments made in the FIR and also the statement of the defacto complainant, which attracts SC/ ST Act, I am not inclined to consider this anticipatory bail application of the petitioner on the ground that the same is barred under Section 18A of the SC/ST Act.
