This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.799 of 2015 on the file of the Namakkal Town Police Station, Namakkal.

The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in Cr.No.799 of 2015 final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.271 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal.
