This matter is listed under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a discrepancy in paragraph 6 of the order dated 20.08.2025, wherein the time for appearance is mentioned as 29.08.2025 and again in paragraph 6 (a) as 03.09.2025. Due to this inconsistency, the petitioner was unable to surrender and furnish sureties. He further submits that the case is pending before the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet but due to an inadvertent error, it was mentioned as XXVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet in the anticipatory bail petition. The same requires correction.

3. In view of the above, the following correction is ordered:

The satisfaction Court "XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai" shall be substituted in the place of "XXVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai ", wherever it occurs in the order dated 20.08.2025. For surrendering and furnishing surety, the time is extended to 10.09.2025.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the above corrections in the order dated 20.08.2025 and issue a fresh order copy to the parties concerned immediately.
