ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenue seeking to direct the second respondent to produce the body of Minor S.Deepika, D/o. P.Shankar, aged 16 years, before this Court and hand over her custody to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. Detenue secured. She expressed her willingness to go along with her father.

4. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. We make it clear that investigation shall go on, as the detenue is a minor as per the School Certificate produced before this Court.
