ssi 2.When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent reported that this is the fourth anticipatory bail application and the earlier three anticipatory bail applications filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on various dates.

3. Now, the petitioner has filed the present anticipatory bail application without any change in circumstances is not entertainable. Since, there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
