This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11720 of 2022 on 13.06.2022 to report before the Special Court under E.C and NDPS Act, Chennai on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Special Court under E.C. and NDPS Act, Chennai as and when required and directed by the Trial Judge.
