The present application has been filed to reopen the compromise entered into on 25.04.2019 in O.P.No.203 of 2019.

2. Heard Mr.Suchit Anant Palande, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In spite of notice served on the respondent, the respondent has neither appeared in person nor through counsel and she has been called absent and set exparte.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.5059 of 2022 in OP.No.203 of 2019 stands ordered as prayed for.
