This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 60 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Mr.P.Lakshmi Kanthan, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 60 days in filing the appeal is condonned.

5. The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.P.Lakshmi Kanthan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 while listing the above appeal.
