The District Collecotr, The Tahsildar Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District to survey the petitioner's land property comprised in Survey No.316/1E1A and 332/2 part of Alamathi Village, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District measuring 34 cents, Survey No.332/2 part and 316/1E1A measuring 76 cents in Survey No.330/3 measuring 121 cents Survey No.328/1A3 measuring 103.5 cents, in Survey No.316/1E1 New Survey No.316/1E1C measuring 19.5 cents Survey No.316/1E1 New Survey No.316/1E1C measuring 19.5 cents Survey No.316/1E2, 328/1A1 measuring 163 vents Survey No.332/3 new Survey No.332/3A measuring 48 cents, in Survey No.316/1E measuring 3409sqft measuring 564 cents and 3409 sqft and thereby laying boundary stone for boundary demarcation on considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.02.2016 and 28.03.2016 within a stipulated period of time.

O R D E R

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the Tahsildar has fixed the date for measurement on 12.01.2017, in which, notice was also given vide circular dated 04.01.2017. Even though, the land measurement was fixed on 12.01.2017, it is represented that it was not conducted and the officer was not present. It is further represented that earlier also, the date was fixed and it was not conducted.

2. In that view of the matter, it is suffice to state that the Tahsidlar will complete the exercise after measuring and due notice of both the parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
