ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 08.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.16228 of 2024, thereby directed the respondents to proceed further with the selection process, if the petitioner is qualified in the written examination.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent proceeded with the selection process, since the petitioner was qualified in the written examination. However, the entire selection process is challenged before this Court in W.P.No.2339 of 2024 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court by an order dated 04.02.2025 stayed the entire selection process to the post of B.T. Assistant. Therefore, the respondents could not be able to proceed further.

Considering the above submissions, at present this Contempt Petition is closed. The respondents are directed to proceed further after they succeeded in the writ petition.
