(Judgment of the Court was delivered by RAJIV SHAKDHER,J.) 1.Mr.A.P.Srinivas, learned counsel for the appellant says that the tax effect is less than the monetary limit, as fixed by the Central Board of Excise and Customs, vide Circular dated 17.12.2015, and amended by Circular dated 30.12.2016. Learned counsel says he has instructions to withdraw the petition.

2.The captioned petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

3. We find that Mr.Giridharan's name has been printed in the cause list. Since, Mr.A.P.Srinivas, Advocate, has been instructed in the matter, the Registry will take note of the same, while preparing the certified copy of the order.
