When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the impugned order dated 08.11.2023 has since been cancelled by an order dated 20.02.2025. In view thereof, nothing further survives to be adjudicated in the writ petition.

2. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
