ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order dated 13.12.2018 passed in W.P.No.29840 of 2018.

2. In Compliance of the order passed by this Court, respondent has issued notice of eviction under Section 6 of The Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905.

3. In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed. We note the request of the petitioner for issuance of patta was also rejected.
