This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the fair and decretal order passed in CMP.No.543 of 2015 in CMA.No.84 of 2014 dated 19.04.2017 on the file of the learned Special Judge/X Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the first, third, fourth and seventh respondents submitted that the tenants themselves vacated the petition premises. Therefore, nothing survives in the case.

3. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
