The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the vehicle was seized and returned to the respondent as the respondent has made few other payments in a regularized defaults.

Considering the fact that the learned Advocate Commissioner has executed the warrant, which has led to the dispute being settled between the applicant and the respondent, Court is inclined to order Additional Remuneration of Rs.20,000/- to be paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner. Warrant is therefore directed to be returned to the Court by the learned Advocate Commissioner.
