Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent would submit that against the order passed by this Court an appeal has been filed in W.A.No.687 of 2019 before this Court, which was dismissed on 22.12.2020 and against the said order SLP was also preferred and the same was dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, consequently, the petitioner was reinstated on 01.02.2021. 2.In view of the above said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, the Contempt Petition is closed.
