The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the vehicle was seized and released back to the respondent after the respondent has regularized the default. It is further submitted that the loan account has been closed.

2. Recording the same, this Arbitration Application is closed. However, considering the fact that the learned Advocate Commissioner has executed the warrant pursuant to order passed by this Court, Court is inclined to order additional remuneration of Rs.30,000/- to the learned Advocate Commissioner.
