Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.3539/A3/05 dated 23.05.2006 and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to refix sanctioned staff strength of the petitioner school after taking into consideration the students of standards 6 to 8. The writ petition has been filed to quash the order of the 2nd respondent dated 23.05.2006 and to direct the 2nd respondent to refix the staff strength of the petitioner school, on the basis of the students of standards VI to VIII. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that since the issue involved herein is related to the year 2006, it would suffice, if the petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation indicating all the present scenario and on such submission, the respondents may be directed to dispose of the same.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objection in granting such relief to the petitioner.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such submission, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and as per law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks thereafter.
