Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2015 thereby to give consent to the 4th respondent District Collector, Namakkal District to transfer the petitioner from the post of Junior Assistant, Sub Court, Namakkal to the 4th respondent Revenue Department pursuant to the letter in O.Mu.16425/2015/A3, dated 16.07.2015 passed by the 4th respondent.
