When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent, by producing a copy of the calculation memo before this Court in proof of disbursement of the amount to the petitioner, submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. The said submission has been affirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
