This application has been filed seeking amendment of plaint as "To declare that the 1st plaintiff is the owner of the suit schedule 'A' property and consequently direct the defendants 1 to 8 to vacate and deliver the suit schedule 'C' property, which is part and parcel of schedule 'A' property and direct the 9th defendant to vacate and deliver the 'B' schedule property which is also part and parcel of 'A' schedule property" in the above suit.

3. The learned counsel for respondents have no serious objection in allowing the application.
