Respondents Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondent for committed contempt by wilful disobedience of the order dated 18.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1093 of 2024.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent s for non-compliance of the order dated 18.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1093 of 2024, thereby directing the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 11.11.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent passed an order on 16.08.2024. He also produced a copy of the order dated 16.08.2024 passed by the respondents, before this Court.
