(Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP'].

2. Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of original Government Order dated 24.08.2023 bearing reference G.O.(D) No.1016 Home (Prison-IV) Department.

3. Mr.M.Mohamed Saifulla, learned counsel on record for the petitioner is before us. Learned counsel submits that certified copy has been misplaced and that has necessitated filing of captioned WMP.

4. Issue notice. Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned State Additional Public Prosecutor assisted by Mr.C.Aravind, learned counsel, accepts notice for the respondents.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of the matter and taking into account the fact that a photocopy of the aforementioned order has been filed, the reason given i.e., that the petitioner's son has misplaced the original order is accepted.
