ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 01.08.2019 in W.M.P.No.19650 of 2019 in W.P. No.20248 of 2019, granted stay of all the proceedings of order of suspension passed in G.O.(D) No.690, Health and Family Welfare (1-1) Department, dated 12.06.2009 and the consequential order in letter 08.01.2010, both on the file of the respondent, (in WMP.19650/2019) respectively pending WP.No.20248/2019. Since the order has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

Contempt Petition No.1811 of 2019 2.Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that now the respondent has complied with the order passed by this Court. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed.
