The petitioner herein seeks bail pending investigation in S.C.No.365 of 2022, on the file of the Hon'ble V Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai for the offence under Sections 294(b), 324,307,506(ii) of IPC.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case in S.C.No.365 of 2022 pending before V Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai for the offence under Sections 294(b), 324,307,506(ii) of IPC. Thus, he seeks bail to the petitioner.

3. It is stated that, earlier bail application came up before the learned single Judge of this court, who had disposed it with a direction that, petitioner may approach the trial court after 12.09.2023, the date on which the case is posted for framing of charges and on such filing, the trial court shall consider the bail petition on merits. The trial court had considered on merits and dismissed the same.

4. It is further stated that, the charges have not been framed yet. Therefore, the trial court is directed to endeavour to frame charges on or before 24.11.2023.
