This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.No.23603 of 2022 on 28.09.2022 to stay at Tirunelveli and report before the Inspector of Police, Tirunelveli Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
