Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 3rd respondent relating to the order in RC.No.Estt.1[2]/972/107575/2016 dated 03.12.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to appoint/promote the petitioner in the post of Inspector of Police BDDS as per the rules.
