Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SIDHARTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner/Accused seeking to extend the time by extending to comply with the condition passed in Crl.R.C.No.803/2019, dated 19.09.2019.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per order, the court had directed to him to deposit the amount of Rs.1,50,000/- within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order and the date gets expires on 17.10.2019 (tomorrow). He would submit that due to his financial constraints, the petitioner is unable to deposit the huge amount of Rs.1,50,000/-. Thereby, he would seek extension of time by one week to deposit the amount.
Taking into consideration the submission, the time is extended by further period of one week from today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
