Notice on the respondent has been served. However, he has not entered appearance.

2. The learned Advocate Commissioner submits that the warrant was executed and the vehicle was seized and handed over to the applicant.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant also confirms the same.

4. Considering the same, Court is of the view that nothing further survives for adjudication in this application. Since, the warrant has been executed and the vehicle has been handed over to the applicant for safe custody, Court is inclined to order Additional Remuneration of Rs.20,000/- payable to the learned Advocate Commissioner. Since the Award was passed on 28.07.2023, it is made clear that the applicant shall move an appropriate application before the Execution Court for effecting sale within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear 1/3

that any alienation without the permission of the EP Court shall be illegal. It is made clear that if EP is not moved within three months, the applicant shall ensure that the vehicle is returned back to the respondent. With the above observations, this application is closed.
